About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Lead to join our Payments Team. The role will involve managing
accounts payables, receivables, reconciliations, and overseeing end-to-end payment processes to ensure accuracy,
compliance, and timeliness.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle Accounts Payables: invoice processing, vendor management, and timely disbursement of payments.
Manage Accounts Receivables: customer invoicing, payment follow-ups, and collections.
Perform bank reconciliations and resolve mismatches in a timely manner.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments to vendors, employees, and stakeholders.
Monitor cash flows, fund allocation, and payment schedules.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, auditors, and external partners for payment-related queries.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong understanding of Accounts Payables, Receivables, and Payment Processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
Good analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
