Key Responsibilities:

Oracle HCM Cloud US Payroll implementation & support
Payroll processing, flows, validations, and corrections
US payroll compliance (Federal, State, Local taxes)
Earnings, deductions, taxes & balance configurations
Integration with Core HR, OTL, Benefits & third-party systems
Payroll testing, UAT & parallel runs

Mandatory Skills:

5+ years Oracle HCM Cloud experience
Strong hands-on US Payroll experience
US statutory & compliance knowledge
Payroll balances, Fast Formulas & Payroll Flows

Good to Have:

Oracle HCM Certifications
Big 4 experience
BI Publisher & Payroll integrations
