Role Summary:
The Operations Executive will provide end-to-end operational and customer support for TruKKers Turkey operations, including Cross-Border and Domestic business lines. The role is based in Bangalore COE and will focus on backend operational execution, documentation, invoicing coordination, and order management.
Turkish language proficiency is not required as the selected tasks do not involve Turkish communication.
This position is crucial due to an upcoming exit in the Turkey Cross-Border team, and the executive will be expected to support daily operations, ensure process accuracy, and maintain high-quality coordination with Finance and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Operations Support
- Create ORD entries on the Load Board based on operational data shared via Excel.
- Create manual INQs using mail loops for simple formats and the shared Excel file for complex customer orders.
- Review draft INQs received via the email bot and convert them into actual INQs in the system.
- Upload delivery documents (PODs, dispatch notes, confirmation letters, etc.) shared by operations in an accurate and organized manner.
- Update trip status and order status based on email communication from operations teams (Cross-Border).
- Complete approval tasks in the automatic invoicing workflow based on reconciliations assigned to them.
- Support routine operational tasks and contribute to stabilizing and improving the Turkey process workflow.
B. Finance Coordination Tasks
- Create customer invoices through the automated invoicing tool.
- Record supplier/vendor invoices accurately in the system and follow up for pending entries.
- Share problematic or disputed supplier invoices with relevant departments and update tracking files.
- Perform daily sample POD checks and ensure POD verification during payment list preparation.
- Monitor and report:
- Orders not invoiced
- Supplier invoices not yet received
- Provide invoice copies to operations when required.
- Ensure all reconciliation tasks related to Turkey processes are completed on time.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good understanding of operations, logistics workflows, or order management.
- Basic understanding of financial documents (invoices, PODs, vendor bills, etc.).
- Proficiency
4 – 7 years
and ability to handle structured data.
- Ability to work with cross-border teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills.
- Ability to learn systems such as Load Board, CRM, invoicing tools, and internal operational systems.
- No Turkish language is added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of experience in operations, customer service, order management, or logistics.
- Experience working in a shared service center (COE) or backend operations team is an advantage.
- Exposure to global logistics, freight forwarding, or cross-border operations is a plus.
