- Build and launch ads across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn following defined briefs.
- Create and adapt ad copy variations and visual creatives using templates/tools.
- Assist with designing and updating landing pages (basic layout + visual elements).
- Conduct basic research on keywords, messaging angles, and audience themes.
- Monitor core performance insights (CTR, conversions) and flag anomalies.
- Assist with reporting and documentation.
Experimentation:
- Support A/B tests for creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Work with the team to brainstorm creative ideas.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with performance marketer + leadership to execute plans.
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and content to ship assets.
What You’ll Need
- 1-2 years of paid marketing experience (internship OK).
- Basic familiarity with Google Ads or Meta Ads (hands-on preferred).
- Comfort using no-code or template-driven design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, Web flow / Elementor / WP builders).
- Strong written communication especially for ad copy.
- Analytical problem-solving mindset + willingness to learn.
- Self-starter who enjoys executing and improving fast.
Nice to Have
- Experience with WordPress builders (Elementor, Gutenberg, Divi)
- Basic understanding of analytics tools (GA4, GTM)
