Job Summary:
We are seeking a CMA-qualified professional with strong MIS knowledge to support financial planning, reporting, and management decision-making. The role involves preparing insightful MIS reports, analyzing financial data, and partnering with business teams to drive performance and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Financial & Management Accounting
- Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Costing, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Monitor profitability, margins, and cost control initiatives
- Support management with financial insights for strategic decisions
MIS & Reporting
- Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports and dashboards
- Generate periodic MIS reports for senior management (P&L, cash flow, KPIs)
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting
- Automate and improve MIS processes wherever possible
Analysis & Controls
- Conduct financial and operational analysis to identify trends and risks
- Support internal controls, compliance, and audit requirements
- Assist in system/process improvements related to reporting and MIS
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with operations, sales, and leadership teams
- Present financial insights in a clear, actionable manner
