Job Summary:

We are seeking a CMA-qualified professional with strong MIS knowledge to support financial planning, reporting, and management decision-making. The role involves preparing insightful MIS reports, analyzing financial data, and partnering with business teams to drive performance and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Financial & Management Accounting

• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Costing, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Monitor profitability, margins, and cost control initiatives
• Support management with financial insights for strategic decisions

MIS & Reporting

• Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports and dashboards
• Generate periodic MIS reports for senior management (P&L, cash flow, KPIs)
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting
• Automate and improve MIS processes wherever possible

Analysis & Controls

• Conduct financial and operational analysis to identify trends and risks
• Support internal controls, compliance, and audit requirements
• Assist in system/process improvements related to reporting and MIS

Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with operations, sales, and leadership teams
• Present financial insights in a clear, actionable manner
