Job Title – Influencer Marketing & PR Specialist (Retail Fashion)

Role Overview:
Were looking for a sharp, hustle-friendly PR & Influencer Marketing Specialist to grow brand visibility and desirability through earned media, influencer partnerships (paid + barter), and celebrity sourcing. You’ll own end-to-end influencer and PR execution right from planning and outreach to negotiations, content coordination, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Influencer Marketing (Paid + Barter)
- Build and execute a monthly influencer plan across categories: micro, mid, macro, creators, and stylists.
- Drive barter collaborations end-to-end: outreach, product selections, dispatch coordination, content timelines, follow-ups, and reporting.
- Own influencer onboarding: briefs, talking points, content guidelines, approvals, and usage rights (where required).
- Negotiate commercials and deliverables, ensuring strong ROI and timely delivery.
- Maintain and regularly update an influencer database with performance benchmarks and past collab notes.
2) Celebrity Sourcing & Styling Support
- Assist in celebrity sourcing and outreach via stylists, agencies, managers, and PR networks.
- Coordinate celebrity/celebrity stylist product requests, look approvals, delivery/returns, and documentation.
- Track celeb appearances and ensure brand tagging/crediting where possible.
3) PR & Media Relations
- Support PR strategy and execute outreach to fashion/lifestyle media and relevant platforms.
- Draft and share press materials: press notes, pitches, brand updates, new launch announcements, and media kits.
- Coordinate samples, brand decks, and media requirements to enable coverage.
4) Campaigns, Launches & Events
- Plan influencer + PR rollouts for store launches, new drops, festive moments, and brand collaborations.
- Coordinate small-scale activations: influencer store visits, styling sessions, creator meet-ups, media previews.
- Work closely with internal teams (creative, social, retail, performance) to ensure smooth execution.
5) Reporting & Insights
- Track performance across influencer content: reach, views, engagement, saves, clicks, CPL/CPA (where applicable), and sentiment.
- Share weekly/monthly reports with learnings, top performers, and improvement opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activity and influencer trends for fast experimentation.
6) Budget & Vendor Management
- Manage influencer spends and barter value tracking to ensure budget discipline.
- Coordinate with vendors/agencies (if any) for influencer discovery, PR support, or event logistics.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing / PR (retail fashion/apparels/jewellery preferred).
- Strong hands-on experience running barter campaigns and managing creator relationships.
- Exposure to celebrity sourcing or stylist/agency coordination
- Confident with negotiations, timelines, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written communication for briefs, outreach, and follow-ups.
- Comfortable with tracking tools, sheets, and reporting dashboards.
Good to Have:
- Existing network of influencers, stylists, celebrity managers, and media contacts.
- Experience with influencer tools and social listening/PR monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with retail calendars: festive drops, store launches, seasonal collections.
