You’ll manage full-cycle hiring, build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and deliver a seamless recruitment experience.

Key Requirements:

5–8 years of experience in end-to-end Non IT recruitment with proven expertise in hiring for Banking Captives (BFSI GCCs), Product-Based Tech Companies, and Global Capability Centres (GCCs).

Experienced in end‑to‑end recruitment for Non‑IT roles with strong expertise in high‑volume hiring and BFSI domain requirements.
