Role: Content Marketing Specialist
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute a comprehensive brand content strategy, and own the monthly content calendar across all digital platforms (Website, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Email, etc.).

Define clear content themes and pillars for multiple formats, including:

Product education (features, usage, benefits)

Brand USPs & value propositions

Store / customer experience content

Product launches, offers, and promotions

Plan platform-specific content to ensure consistent brand storytelling while optimizing for engagement and reach.

Write detailed content briefs for photo and video shoots, including:

Content objective and key message
-
Target audience and platform usage
-
Visual references, shot lists, and mood direction

Captions, hooks, CTAs, and hashtag guidance

Collaborate closely with creative, design, and performance marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of content plans.

Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, visual identity, and marketing goals.
