- Planning & implementing online lead generation campaigns on various platforms such as Google, Facebook, Linkedin, Taboola, and similar
- Launch paid search, display & discovery campaigns, set-up and mange target audiences, write and verify ad-copies and continually optimize ads for better performance
- Plan and manage campaign expenses, manage overall budget and reconcile spend discrepancies across various platforms
- Optimize landing pages & ad copies, perform A/B testing, generate heatmaps to understand user behaviour on the landing pages/websites
- Introduce new optimization strategies, perform ongoing keyword discovery & expansion
- Monitor competition and optimize campaigns to always stay ahead of the competition
- Conduct campaign level testing, collect data and form trends and insights to achieve positive and maximum ROAS across all paid campaigns
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports on overall lead generation performance
- Staying up to date with the new advertising trends and PPC strategies
- Co-ordinate with designers & developers to create banners, landing pages & mock-ups
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Has a Real Estate experience (added advantage)
- Working experience as a Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist, Pay Per Click Manager, or a similar role in the Digital Marketing Department
- Strong understanding of Bid manage strategies
- Familiar with A/B Testing, Heatmaps generation & drawing insights
- Thorough knowledge in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads & funnel set-up
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
