Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage CMS projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering high-quality solutions.- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CMS solutions within existing systems.- Utilize Agile methodologies to streamline project delivery and optimize workflows.- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance CMS functionalities and improve user experience.
Technical and Professional Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor”s or Master”s degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration.- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on CMS and Agile methodologies.- Excellent analytical skills and ability to transform business needs into technical solutions.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in Project Management, with a track record of successful project delivery.- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Ability to innovate and implement new ideas to improve CMS processes and systems.- Leadership qualities to mentor and guide junior team members.Good to have skills: Data Analysis, Stakeholder Management, Process Improvement, Change Management, User Experience Design.
