About The Role 

Risk Metrics & Measurement (RMM) Services Transformation is a multi-year cloud adoption program that will transform the data, models and systems underpinning our Stress Testing, Credit Provisions and Regulatory Capital services.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering change across multiple workstreams. You??ll liaise with diverse stakeholders to elicit and validate requirements for changes in stress testing business processes and systems, ensuring solutions align to the program??s target state. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complexity and can bridge the gap between business and technology teams to drive meaningful outcomes.
Accountabilities include
?¢ Liaise with stakeholdersEngage business stakeholders to gather, analyse and confirm business requirements for data, models, process and system changes.
?¢ Translate requirements into solutionsConvert business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories, ensuring technology outcomes are workable, testable, and aligned to RMM??s target state architecture.
?¢ Coordinate end-to-end deliverySupport testing, implementation, and change management activities, making sure that new solutions are delivered smoothly into production and meet both regulatory and business needs.
