Job description

• Collaborate with DA&I Technical Lead and business stakeholders to define 3 6-month priorities and ensure alignment with long-term strategic goals.

• Translate business requirements into actionable analytics solutions using tools such as Power BI, Python, and data modeling platforms.

• Coordinate project resources and manage dependencies across capability teams to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.

• Support Level 2 and Level 3 issue resolution in collaboration with DA&I Engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of analytics solutions.

• Drive change management initiatives, including data literacy and governance practices, to promote adoption and value realization across domains.

The Essentials You Will Have:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

• Experience with multi-dimensional data design, star schemas, facts, and dimensions.

• Strong understanding of system engineering, object-oriented design, and architecture standards.

• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Power BI, Python, and data mining platforms.

• Experience with SAP ECC and CRM

• Ability to translate business functionality into technical requirements and compelling business cases.

• Experience with Agile and Waterfall software development lifecycles.

• Familiarity with metadata management and data governance practices.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to distil complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
