Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Frontend Engineer with deep expertise in React.js (90%) and working knowledge of any backend language (10%) such as Node.js, Java, or Python.
The ideal candidate will lead the development of scalable, high-performance web applications and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities :
– Design, develop, and maintain React.js-based applications with a focus on performance and scalability.
– Implement reusable components and ensure responsive design across devices.
– Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional interfaces.
– Integrate frontend with backend services using RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
– Contribute to backend development tasks (10%) in Node.js / Java / Python as needed.
– Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
– Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.
– Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in frontend development.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
– 10 to 13 years of overall experience in software development.
– Strong expertise in React.js, including hooks, state management (Redux or Context API), and component lifecycle.
– Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel).
– Exposure to backend technologies like Node.js, Java, or Python.
– Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
– Mandatory experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
– Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and deployment strategies.
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
– Experience with TypeScript and testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
– Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
– Prior experience in leading teams or handling complex projects.
