Job Description: HR Executive (Fresher)
Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups

Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees

Prepare and maintain employee files and HR documentation

Assist in attendance, leave management, and HR data entry
-
Coordinate with the payroll team for salary and benefits processing

Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures

Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities
-
Assist in organizing training sessions and maintaining training records

Ensure compliance with company HR policies under guidance

Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Key Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of HR processes

Good communication and interpersonal skills

MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word)
