Job description
We are seeking a creative and result-driven experienced Email Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing strategies, experience with various email platforms, and a keen eye for detail. This role will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads or sales.
What You Will Be Doing:

Campaign Development: Plan, create, and execute effective email marketing campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives, including newsletters, promotional emails, automated drip campaigns, and transactional emails.

Content Creation: Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop engaging email content, including copywriting, imagery, and call-to-actions (CTAs) that resonate with target audiences.

Segmentation & Personalization: Segment email lists based on user behaviour, demographics, and other criteria to deliver personalized content that increases engagement and conversion rates.

A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on various elements of email campaigns, such as subject lines, content, layout, and CTAs, to continuously improve performance.

Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyse email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.) and generate reports to assess effectiveness and optimize future campaigns.

List Management: Maintain and grow the email subscriber list, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and best practices in email deliverability.

Automation: Implement and manage email marketing automation strategies to nurture leads and improve customer lifecycle engagement.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to align email marketing efforts with broader company goals and initiatives
