we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Power BI Developer to join our data analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights through interactive dashboards and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications: .

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Power BI development
• Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and SQL
• Experience with data modeling and ETL processes
• Familiarity with Microsoft BI stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power BI)
• Experience with cloud platforms likeAWS
• Knowledge of Python for data analysis

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models
• Translate business needs into technical specifications
• Connect to data sources, import data, and transform it using Power Query and DAX
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all BI solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver insights
• Optimize report performance and implement security measures (eg, row-level security)
• Provide support and training to end-users on Power BI tools and functionalities
• Document processes, models, and report logic for future reference
