Notice period : Immediate or 30 days
- Generic BA Functional Role – Business Analyst Functional
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit; document; and prioritize business requirements.
- Develop and propose solutions that meet business needs; including creating functional specifications document;
- process flow diagrams; data lineage etc and working with technical teams to ensure successful implementation
- Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive test plans to validate that solutions meet business requirements and function as intended; ensuring quality and reliability.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical stakeholders; facilitating clear and effective communication and documentation of requirements Functional Knowledge Domain knowledge in Banking focusing on Risk Management in one or more of the following areas
- Credit Risk
- Understanding of credit risk process of the Bank including but not limited to credit origination; credit assessment; disbursement; monitoring; collateral management; limit management; portfolio management; stress testing; RWA computation etc.
- Market Risk Management of Market risk including limits; VAR computation; counterparty credit risk processes with a strong understanding of Derivatives.
- Liquidity Risk .
- Understanding of Liquidity risk management process including gap report creation; LCR/NSFR and other liquidity ratio computation
- IRRBB – Understanding of Interest rate risk including gap report creation; static and dynamic AML reports; management of interest rate risk including Funds Transfer Pricing
