Job Overview:
People Talent Catalyst is looking for an experienced and result-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles, sourcing quality candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing hiring timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle complete recruitment cycle for IT & Non-IT positions.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring plans.
Source candidates through job portals, networking, referrals, and consultants.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure a smooth hiring process and positive candidate experience.
Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
Manage multiple open positions within deadlines.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Good sourcing skills using job portals and LinkedIn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Good time management and multitasking ability.
Eligibility Criteria:
4 to 8 years of relevant experience in recruitment.
Experience in both IT & Non-IT hiring preferred.
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.
