Position: Talent Acquisition Executive / Recruitment Specialist
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented recruitment professional to join our growing team and drive talent acquisition initiatives.
Role Focus:
70% Recruitment
30% HR Operations
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Hire for Sales, Dealer Development, Service, Marketing, Operations, and Corporate functions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other job portals.
• Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interview processes.
• Manage offer negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and recruitment reports.
• Support HR operations and employee onboarding activities.
Requirements:
3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in Start up, Automotive, EV, Retail, or Manufacturing sectors will be an added advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.
