Hiring: Senior EMEA & US Recruitment Consultant – Life Sciences Manufacturing

About the Role:

AMTSOL is looking for an experienced recruitment professional to independently drive end-to-end hiring across Europe (primarily Ireland) and the USA. The role focuses on sourcing and hiring niche technical talent within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, and Digital Manufacturing domains.

Key Requirements:

6–10 years of recruitment experience with strong end-to-end hiring ownership
Experience in US recruitment and/or European hiring
Exposure to Life Sciences / Pharma / Engineering / Technical hiring
Strong direct sourcing, market mapping, and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, ATS, and other sourcing platforms
Ability to manage multiple niche hiring requirements independently
