Key Responsibilities:

Connect with customers through outbound calls
Handle 50–60 connected calls per day
Maintain professional and effective customer communication
Achieve daily calling targets and quality standards

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English
Basic telesales or customer handling experience preferred
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Ability to work remotely with discipline and consistency
