About the Role:

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented LP Analyst to join our team on a 2-year contract basis. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of Private Equity, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Reconciliation, and Financial Markets. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build expertise in investment operations and financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Private Equity and Capital Market operations.
Perform financial data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting activities.
Monitor investment transactions and maintain accurate records.
Assist in portfolio analysis and investment operations processes.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and financial reports using MS Excel.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational workflows.
Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and industry developments.

Eligibility Criteria:

MBA / Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics
Strong understanding of Stocks, Bonds, Fixed Income, and Equity Investments
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Strong interest in Investment Operations and Financial Services

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of Private Equity and Investment Banking concepts
Strong quantitative and analytical abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
