Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and candidate sourcing
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Maintain employee and candidate records
Support onboarding and HR documentation
Assist in day-to-day HR operations and coordination
Communicate with candidates professionally
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate or pursuing graduation/post-graduation
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes preferred
Proficiency in MS Office is an added advantage
