About the Role:

Clover Infotech is looking for experienced HR professionals to join its growing Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment and talent acquisition, with the ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes and support organizational growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology-related positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
• Support onboarding and employee engagement activities as required.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with recruitment tools and job portals.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in IT hiring and recruitment.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
