Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled AWS Gen AI Developer with expertise in building scalable AI-powered applications using Generative AI, LLMs, and cloud-native AWS services. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in AI agent development, conversational AI systems, and modern Gen AI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications on AWS
• Build AI Agents and conversational AI workflows using LLMs
• Develop scalable backend services using Python and AWS cloud technologies
• Work with frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph, and Transformers
• Implement prompt engineering and prompt management strategies
• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines, chunking, and embedding techniques
• Integrate vector databases and semantic search capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions
• Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and security of AI systems

Required Skills:

Strong experience in AWS Platform Development
Proficiency in Python programming
Hands-on experience with Gen AI, LLMs, NLP, Conversational AI, and AI Agents
Expertise in LangChain, Transformers, CrewAI, and LangGraph
Experience with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, and API Gateway
Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Prompt Management
Familiarity with SQL / NoSQL / Vector Databases such as DynamoDB, PGVector, ChromaDB, and FAISS
Understanding of chunking, embeddings, and AI/ML concepts
