About the Role

RSM Astute Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts & Audit Executive to join our growing team in Bengaluru. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, and audit assignments while working directly with experienced professionals and clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and finalization of financial statements.
• GST data preparation and support for GST return filing.
• TDS computation, preparation, and filing support.
• Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation and filing assistance.
• Preparation of audit documentation and working papers.
• Support statutory audits and compliance-related activities.
• Coordinate with clients for collection of financial information and supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assignments.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent qualification.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in a Chartered Accountant firm or audit environment is preferred.
• Freshers with strong accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

• Strong working knowledge of Tally Solutions (Mandatory).
• Good understanding of accounting concepts and principles.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent follow-up and client coordination skills.
• Professional attitude and ability to work independently.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturday: 10:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Additional Information

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
• Candidates residing in and around South Bengaluru will be given preference.
• Freshers’ compensation will be determined based on interview performance, aptitude, and practical accounting knowledge.
• The role includes occasional travel to client locations within Bengaluru.
