Job Role:
Customer Support Executive – Email & Chat Support
Salary:
₹25,000 – ₹32,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through Email and Chat support channels
Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer concerns
Assist customers with orders, payments, returns, refunds, and account-related queries
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required
Ensure professional communication and adherence to company guidelines
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
Skills Required:
Good written communication skills in English
Basic computer and typing skills
Customer handling and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and work independently
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
