Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer with expertise in building production-grade AI solutions and Agentic AI systems within the Azure AI ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent frameworks to develop scalable enterprise AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop Multi-Agent AI Systems
Build advanced RAG pipelines and AI orchestration workflows
Work with frameworks like Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, AutoGen
Implement embeddings, semantic search, indexing, and AI guardrails
Optimize AI model performance, scalability, latency, and throughput
Collaborate with architects and engineering teams for enterprise AI deployment

Required Skills:

5+ years in AI/ML Engineering
2+ years of Azure AI experience
Strong knowledge of LLMs, Agentic AI, and Prompt Engineering
Experience with vector databases and semantic search
Expertise in production-grade AI application development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Profile:

Immediate joiners preferred
Bengaluru-based candidates preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
