We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Manager to join the finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in accounting operations, taxation, compliance, financial reporting, and team management.

Job Role:

Accounts & Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and Bank Reconciliation
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, and statutory compliance
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and audit documentation
Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Maintain inventory accounting and cost accounting processes
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders
Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and compliance with company policies
Lead and manage finance team operations effectively

Skills Required:

Experience in Tally, ERP Software, and Microsoft Excel
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation
Financial analysis and reporting skills
Leadership and team management abilities
Good communication and problem-solving skills
